PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burglar prevention device which can maintain burglar prevention performance and enables the use of an opening that is comfortable and desirable for energy conservation. SOLUTION: This burglar prevention device is provided with a magnetic material mounted on a door or window shash opening and closing an opening of an outside wall, a magnetic sensor detecting magnetic change by the movement of the magnetic material due to the opening and closing operation of the door and a warning device performing the operation of the burglar prevention by the transmission of the electrical signal caused by detecting the magnetic change of the magnetic sensor. The burglar prevention operation of the warning device is operated under a situation that the opening width by the opening and closing operation of the fixture exceeds the size permitting burglar's invasion.
