PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an excessive current at so-called 'hot-plug-in time' with a simple circuit. SOLUTION: An excessive current is controlled to be suppressed using an inductance element 18, by connecting a capacity reducing resistance 17 in parallel with a constant current circuit having at least a current detection resistance 11 for detecting whether an addition unit 3 is mounted or not by a potential difference at the time of operating an electronic device 2, a current control FET 13 connected serially with the current detection resistance 11 for controlling a current to be supplied to the addition unit 3 and a transistor 12 connected with a current detection resistance 11 by an emitter terminal for controlling the current control FET 13 according to the potential difference of both ends of the current detection resistance 11, and by arranging the inductance element 18 at the connection point.
