PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag which does not require peeling of release paper in use, makes work easy, and does not produce useless wastes. SOLUTION: The tag 1 comprises a base material 2, a tacky adhesive layer 3 applied on its one surface side, the release paper 4 covering the adhesive layer 3, and a tag body. One end side of the release paper 4 is provided with a notched part 5 and the release paper is peeled over a prescribed range to expose the adhesive layer 3, by which a first tacky adhesive part 6 is formed. The other end side of the release paper 4 is compartmentalized by a pair of slits 7 and 7 to form the release paper 8 to be bonded to the first tacky adhesive part 6 when the tag body is two-folded. A second tacky adhesive part 10 is formed by the adhesive layer 3 corresponding to the release paper 8. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
