PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive compact image recorder having good maintainability. SOLUTION: The image recorder has: an exposure unit downwardly emitting recording light; a plurality of magazines for housing photosensitive material rolls, vertically loaded at an area below the exposure unit; a cutter for cutting photosensitive materials; a printing means for applying back side printing to the cut photosensitive materials; a sorting means for the back side printing- applied photosensitive materials; a means for correcting the inclination of the photosensitive materials arranged between the sorting means and a recording position; and a common transporting means for the photosensitive materials supplied from all the magazines and used for transporting the photosensitive materials from the cutter to a discharging section through a route including a predetermined recording position.
