PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily disassemblable fastening part effective for household electrical appliance recycling or the like. SOLUTION: The fastening parts 10 have a tubular shaft 1 and a core member filled inside the shaft, and fasten and retain fastening objects 4 and 5. The shaft 1 and the core member 2 are equipped with slits 1a and 2a which penetrate the inside in the radial direction and which is formed over the total length in the longitudinal direction, and part or all of the shaft 1 and the member 2 is composed of a shape memory material. In the structure, a plurality of the core members 2 are filled in the shaft 1, and positions of the slits 2a of respective core members are varied. When the transformation temperatures of the core member 2 and the shaft 1 are respectively represented by as Tc and Ts, the relationship of by Tc<Ts has to be satisfied. When being used at room temperature, the fastening function is maintained. When reaching the temperature range exceeding the transformation temperature of the shape memory material by heating, the fastening part shrinks in the radial direction to loose the fastening function.
