PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch lock with a handle which is held at a falling position without bulkiness in a locked state and, in the unlocked state, stably held at a raised and turning state and is capable of pulling an object with a necessary and sufficient force. SOLUTION: This latch set comprises a base plate fixed to one object, a receiving metal body provided at the other object, a latch body fitted in a movable manner by reciprocating to a guide frame plate portion at the front face side of the base plate and the tip portion is linked and detached to/from the receiving metal body, a spring member which moves and exerts the latch body in a protruding direction from the guide frame plate portion, and the handle connected to a base end of the guide frame plate portion elastically linked with the tip secure hand portion at the falling time; and when the handle is raised and turned, a projected portion for holding the posture provided at the side face of the base end portion of the handle is elastically linked to a positioning projection of the base plate.
