The method includes guiding the film, at the level of the light area, in a manner to present a axial circular form on or parallel to the optical axis of the objective. The next step includes displacing the guide/film member in translation along the two translation axis, to have: along the optical axis of the objective and along an axis perpendicular to this optical axis, parallel to the right angle connecting the centres of the two luminous sources. The optical mounting includes, on one side of the film, two light sources (3a,3b) of different wavelengths which lights the film in the zone of low breadth, and, on other side of the film, an objective (6) which projects two images of the light zone by the beams (4a,4b) emanating from the two sources on two photosensitive linear elements respectively adapted to the wavelengths of the two sources.
