PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server computer protecting device and a data transfer control method for the device which enable a user to protect a server computer and effectively use the processing capability of the server without setting a frequency of data requesting that the server can process, can effectively and continuously use the processing capability of the server computer while protecting the server computer even in the case of rapid increase in the number of requests from clients, and can maintain invariably stable packet exchanging operation with the server computer even in the case of a large variation in the number of requests from clients.
