PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure test device and method using aqueous hydrogen peroxide, with its operation simplified and test condition uniformity further improved, and capable of recycling resources. SOLUTION: The exposure test device comprises an airhole-provided specimen container to be filled with hydrogen peroxide and oxygen-containing vapor, an aqueous hydrogen peroxide temporary storage tank receiving used hydrogen peroxide and capable of oxygen generation by catalytic action of manganese dioxide and a rotary joint for rotating the specimen container together with a framework for a specimen while feeding aqueous hydrogen peroxide and oxygen-containing vapor into the specimen container.
