PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compiler and a recording medium for efficiently controlling interlock by reducing the increase of a code size. SOLUTION: A compiler preliminarily generates an instruction to inhibit any parallel processing to commence the succeeding process while the preceding process is still carried on when it is impossible to rearrange independent instructions, and preliminarily generates an instruction to permit the parallel processing when it is possible to rearrange them. A processor is provided with a mechanism only for deciding whether to execute the parallel processing according to each instruction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
