PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic seal machine constituted so that a curtain set as a background is easily selected out of a plurality of curtains and a less wrinkled curtain is set as the background. SOLUTION: The photographic seal machine 1 is equipped with a housing 2, a camera 4 provided in the housing 2 so as to photograph a user 21, and a plurality of curtains 20 provided at the rear of a user 21's photographed position as seen from the camera 4 and constituting the background of the user 21. Then, each of the plurality of curtains 20 is folded in two with a surface 20a constituting the background inside, and each curtain 20 folded in two is coupled with other curtain 20 so that their back surfaces may face to each other and forms the aggregate 35 of the curtains, and the aggregate 35 of the curtains is attached to the housing 2 so that the folding part 20g of each curtain may be elongated up and down and each curtain can be alternatively developed right and left.
