KNIT COVER MATERIAL FOR STAMPING FORMING USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knit cover material for use in a stamping forming step comprising sticking it on part or the whole of the surface of a form simultaneously with its formation, and having good stickability on the form. SOLUTION: This knit cover material has a reverse texture (obverse texture in terms of knit texture) comprising front yarns 1 and middle yarns 2 and stickable mainly on a raw material thermoplastic resin, and an obverse texture facing mainly on the surface of a press mold is provided by fleece yarns 3 inlaid on the reverse texture. The reverse texture comprises a low-melting thermoplastic resin fibers including a thermoplastic resin lower in melting point than the material constituting the obverse texture. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
