PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at improving a quality and function of a high frequency heating device. SOLUTION: This is a high frequency heating device wherein a magnetron installed at a machine room side under a heat chamber, an invertor power supply to supply a high pressure to the magnetron, and a cooling fan motor to cool the magnetron, the invertor power supply and other electric parts are installed, and wherein at one part of a wall to partition surroundings the cooling fan motor 83, an opening hole 89 and a rotatable and open-close possible valve are installed which is always going to be closed toward the cooling fan motor side of this opening hole 89 by its own weight.
