PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress oscillatory voltage, generated between both ends of an inductor element of a snubber circuit which suppresses a voltage surge of a FET, and to suppress noise generated by a switching circuit thereof. SOLUTION: This snubber circuit has a series circuit, composed of a snubber diode and a snubber capacitor and connected to the drain terminal of an FET, and a series circuit composed of a diode and an inductor and connected between the junction of the snubber diode and the snubber capacitor and the source terminal of the FET.
