PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system in which even image data of images formed by another composer/system can be corrected while eliminating a difference caused by a kind of model. SOLUTION: The image processing system is provided with a read means 106 for optically scanning and reading an original image, an image processing means 107 for applying image processing to read image data, a save means 103 for saving the processed image data and a standard data correcting means 111 for applying a correction matched to predetermined characteristics to the image signals when inputting/outputting the saved image signals by transactions with an external I/F.
