摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-welding method of an end part of a flexible electric conductor, in which a copper foil can be bonded certainly in a short time without complete annealing and discoloring by oxidization through heating and pressurization at a lower temperature than in the conventional case, for very high productivity. SOLUTION: With respect to the pressure-welding method for the flexible electric conductor, in which the end part of the conductor is formed by pressure-welding and bonding the end part of the conductor laminated with the copper foil, the end part of the conductor is installed in a chamber and sandwiched by a pair of resistance heating component blocks in a state in which the end part is pressed by a predetermined pressure force, and subsequently the chamber is sealed and filled with inert gas and is put under higher pressure than the ordinary pressure. Then, the side faces of the end part and vicinities continued to the end part of the conductor pressure-sandwiched by the resistance heating component blocks are kept cooled by blowing the inert gas, which is an evaporated liquefied inert gas. After that, by conducting electricity to the above pair of resistance heating component block to heat the resistance heating component block up to 300 to 600°C, the end part of the flexible electric conductor is heated to the same temperature. When the temperature of the end part of the conductor has fallen to the ordinary temperature by stopping the electricity, the above cooling is made to be stopped and the pressure sandwiching by the resistance heating component block is made to be released.
