PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stabilization in coupling between a communication feeder wire and a coupler apparatus. SOLUTION: The communication feeder wire 2 is constituted of a set of feeder wires 2a, 2b for transmitting signals of reverse polarities, respectively. The coupler apparatus is constituted of a set of coupler electrodes 5a, 5b arranged so that the communication feeder wire 2 is sandwiched therein. The coupler electrode 5a is arranged so as to come closer to the feeder wire 2a than the feeder wire 2b. The coupler electrode 5b is arranged so as to come closer to the feeder wire 2b than the feeder wire 2a. The potential difference between the coupler electrodes 5a, 5b is detected by a detection circuit 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
