PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator of an optical element having large rigidity and capable of obtaining a stable servo characteristic. SOLUTION: The actuator of the optical element integrally has a side wall 141W for enclosing around a movable part provided with a holder 110 for holding an objective lens 100 and a chromatic aberration correction lens 120, and focus coils 131, 132 and tracking coils 133, 134 for driving the holder 110. A base 141 having focus magnets 151, 152 and tracking magnets 153, 154 for driving the holder 110 is provided on a movable part side face 141W<SB>2</SB>on the side wall 141w.
