<p>A high-frequency circuit module built in a cellular telephone or the like and comprising a directional coupler for detecting an output signal from the high-frequency circuit module having a coupling function and an impedance conversion function. The module has a plurality of amplification systems each having a plurality of amplification stages including at least the initial stage and the final stage for amplifying a high-frequency transmission signal. An output of the final stage of each of the amplification systems is detected by the directional couplers independent from each other. The directional coupler is arranged at an impedance matching circuit portion of the final stage of each of the amplification systems. The directional coupler has a main line whose width is different from that of a sub-line of the directional coupler for outputting a signal to generate a control signal to be supplied to a control terminal.</p> |
