<p>A holder (6) for a note or writing notepad consists of a plane plate (7) to which the notepad can be attached, for example with glue, and next to and abutting on the notepad is a cannular casing (8), which may have the same length as that of the notepad and may be capable of holding a pencil or a ballpoint pen. The casing (8) may have the cross section of a rectangular triangle where one cathetus (10) forms the abutting surface for the notepad. A sliding and detachable spring element (11) is capable of holding a ballpoint pen in place in the casing, and a flap (21, 22), which is attached to the plate (7) at the open end of the notepad in a manner allowing it to swing, may abut on and be attached to the overside of the notepad and seal the open end of the notepad before the holder and associated pad are put to use. A ballpoint pen or another writing utensil can be placed in the casing (8) when the holder and associated notepad are in use. When the holder is being used, a notepad can be used when the holder is lying on a table; when it is held in one's hand; or when it is attached to a wall and it thus always providing an easily accessible writing utensil.</p> |
