<p>A method for manufacturing an insulated coil of a rotating electric machine by winding a mica tape on a coil conductor to form an insulating layer, impregnating the coil with resin by vacuum pressure impregnation, molding the resin-impregnated coil using a curing/molding jig, and curing the resin of the coil conductor by heat drying. The method comprises a mica tape winding step, a heat-shrinkable tape winding step, a vacuum pressure impregnating step, a resin heat pressure curing step using a liquid heating medium, and a jig-dismantling finishing step.</p> |
