<p>The invention provides a multi-layer ceramic substrate capable of obtaining uniform quality, having no possibility of a cavity interior bulging or jumping out, having a flat bottom, capable of mounting a desired element accurately and reliably, and also capable of forming highly accurate L and C by inner conductors, and is intended to provide a method and device for producing a multi-layer ceramic substrate by using a simple structure and simple steps, capable of easily obtaining the above-mentioned multi-layer ceramic substrate. To achieve the objects, the invention provides a multi-layer ceramic substrate comprising a laminate having a plurality of laminated ceramic layers (1a-1h), and inner conductors (3) having the ceramic layers (1a-1h) formed thereon, the laminate having a cavity (2) having an opening in at least one end surface in the laminating direction, and also having capacitor and/or inductor formed by at least the inner conductors (3); and a method and a device for producing the same.</p> |
