This invention is related to a cap for shielding the light, the shielding part of which is adjustable up and down and is constructed that the shielding part is removable from the cap, and comprising: a securing member including a coupling member and a connecting member; a band part including securing grooves which coupes the coupling member with securing part; a shielding part securing the connecting member with a finished part, wherein a protrusion part is formed on the outer surface of the coupling member contacting with the connecting member and has the convex round end, and the connecting member includes the cylindrical groove joined to be removable with the protrusion part, wherein the connecting member is rotational on the contacting surface of the coupling member. |
