The present invention discloses an amphiphilic active pigment compounding agent which is composed of the following ingredients in terms of weight percent: 5.5-9% of nonionic surfactant, 8.5-12% of ionic surfactant, 3-5% of propylene glycol, 2-6% of glycerol, 13-20% of sodium alginate, 1-2% of sodium salt of fatty acid, 3.5-6% of antioxidant, 2-4% of defoamer, 2-4% of polyvinyl alcohol, 2-7% of preserving agent, 2-6% of active CaCO3, 28-35% of alkaline solution having concentration of 10% in terms of percent by mass. The amphiphilic active pigment compounding agent according to the present invention can not only have amphiphilic compounding property by which it can be used in a variety of pigment powders, but also formulate chinese paint pigment, watercolor pigment, waterpowder pigment, oil paint pigment by combining with cosolvent, assistant etc.
