<p>(1) An electrode formulation for a polarized electrode comprising a rubber-based emulsion, activated carbon particles, electroconductive fine particles and a surface active agent; and (2) an electrode formulation for a polarized electrode which comprises a polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion, activated carbon particles, electroconductive fine particles and a surface active agent and has a solid concentration of 25 wt % or more. The electrode formulation allows the achievement of good filling characteristics in respect of activated carbon particles and electroconductive fine particles and the good contact thereof with an electrolyte, and thus can provide a polarized electrode having an enhanced electrostatic capacity.</p> |
