<p>A method for sealing ridge tiles has a two part sealing element. The lower element (4) has a curved shaped with an upper spine and is laid onto the ridge beam under the adjacent tiles. The spine (9) defines the gap between the tiles. The upper element (5) is shaped to fit over the tiles and overlaps the adjoining tiles by a set amount. The ends of the upper element are shaped (10, 12) to grip over the outer edges of the ridge tiles. The upper elements are secured to the lower elements by threaded fasteners set through the gaps between the tiles.</p> |
