Inner element (5) and outer part (2) are coupled (9) by two pistons (10) running diametrically opposed in the radial bore mounting (8) of the inner element (5). The annular groove serving as outer part (3) mounting (7) lies in bore (3). Starting from their radial outer surface (13) the undersides of the pistons (17,10) have a planar transverse surface as contact face leading to the opposing side (15) of the groove (16). The two pistons run in the inner element (5) assisted by a twist preventer. The twist preventer takes the form of a snap ring held in a groove in the outer casing (4) of element (5) and set at a height calculated to engage the contact face from below. The mounting (18) in the element (5) has a centrally positioned endstop (12) for the inside endfaces of the two pistons.
