<p>The present invention is directed to a polynucleotide sequence of a novel G-Protein Coupled Receptor GPR65 receptor. The invention also provides the human GPR65 receptor associated with the hematological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, disorders of the peripheral and central nervous system, genito-urinary diseases, inflammation diseases and cancer. The invention also provides assays for the identification of compounds useful for the modulation of hematological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, disorders of the peripheral and central nervous system, genito-urinary diseases, inflammation diseases and cancer for treating or preventing hematological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, disorders of the peripheral and central nervous system, genito-urinary diseases, inflammation diseases and cancer associated with expression of the GPR65 receptor.</p> |
