PURPOSE: A system and a method for calculating a facilities use charge using a locker key embedding with an RF(Radio Frequency) chip are provided to control entrance, and to easily check usage charge by recording a locker number, an entrance authority, or the use charge to a non-contact RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag in the locker key. CONSTITUTION: A calculating computer(50) receives all moving paths and use particulars of a user from entrance to exit from terminals, stores it, and offers the stored information to each terminal. A calculating office terminal(20) records the customer information to the RFID tag(14) in the locker key(10) of the entering users and collects the locker key(10) by installing to a gate of a business place. A gate terminal(30) records a facilities code and the user information to the RFID tag(14) by installing to the gate of each business place. A shop terminal(40) records a shop ID and the transaction particulars to the RFID tag(14) by installing to each shop in the business place.
