PURPOSE: A phone dongle device in which LED(Light Emitting Diode) brightness is automatically adjusted is provided to reduce the entire consumption power by analyzing time information received from a time counting unit of a terminal, classifying a daytime and a nighttime, and adjusting the brightness of an LED of the phone dongle device. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(200) decides whether a power is supplied, according to a control signal transmitted from a terminal(100). An LED(220) is turned on by the power received from the power supply unit(200). An LED adjusting unit(230) receives time information from the terminal(100), classifies a daytime and a nighttime, and adjusts the brightness of the LED(220). A Bluetooth transmitting and receiving module(240) transmits and receives certain data by wireless.
