PURPOSE: An air conditioning system of a vehicle is provided to control air flow rate by precisely predicting volume of air passing a heater core and to control temperature of air passing the heater core linearly according to the opening extent of a temperature adjusting door. CONSTITUTION: A temperature adjusting door(20) is installed to a front portion of a heater core(H) inside a case(10) of an air conditioner to open and shut the front portion of the heater core. Baffles(12,13,14,15,16,17,18) are protruded from a side wall of the case corresponding to the temperature adjusting door to form gaps in different width between the side wall of the case and a side surface of the temperature adjusting door. Thereby, air passes the gap between the temperature adjusting door and the baffle when the heater core is operated step by step. Volume of air passing the heater core is controlled easily by a linear range of air passing the heater core according to opening of the door due to difference of gaps in width.
