PURPOSE: A cooker having a scratch preventing film and method for manufacturing the same is provided to prevent food from sticking to the cooker by forming the scratch preventing film coated with a hard film. CONSTITUTION: In a cooker(5) coated with a hard film composed of silicon and carbon, the hard film has hydrogen of 1-50 atom percent. The carbon has a diamond coupling structure. The contact angle of the hard film to a drop of water is over 110 degrees.
