The gravity drive machine includes a temperature difference element (4), which may be a rigid body, a fluid or a gas, and is fitted vertically in a chamber (12) surrounded by a housing (2). The chamber and housing may be filled with fibers (6), powder or small bodies to reduce the influence of convection flows and thermal radiation.
