PURPOSE: An induction water supply method of a fish way is provided to manage effectively by installing on various fish ways and to lead fishes effectively with low expenses. CONSTITUTION: The induction water supply method of a fish way comprises the steps of forming a channel(40) formed between a river(20) and an outlet of a fish way(30), or an induction water tank, installing a pump(50) on the channel(40), then pumping up water from a river and discharging to the outlet of the fish way(30) or the induction water tank.
