PURPOSE: A hood cap is provided to be installed to the indoor without hanging a worker to an outer wall of a building as an assembly of a vent pipe body(200) and a ventilating device(100). CONSTITUTION: The hood cap includes a vent pipe body(200) and a ventilating device(100). The vent pipe body is installed to a vent passage of a wall of a building. A ring shaped edge portion(214) is formed by folding and extending a front tip of the vent pipe body. An air current exhaust structure is formed by exposing a front portion of the ventilating device to the outside of the building. A ring shaped rim(116) is formed to a rear portion of the ventilating device to be hung to the ring shaped edge portion. Combining holes(212,118) are formed to the ring shaped edge portion and the ring shaped rim respectively to be fixed with a short bolt(140). The ventilating device comprises a cover portion(120), an air current guide portion(110) and a long bolt(130). The cover portion covers a ventilating passage and forms a support pier(122). The air current guide portion forms an installing tool to support the support pier to exhaust indoor air current of the ventilating passage by inducing flow of air of a side opening portion(112). The long bolt fixes the support pier to the installing tool. Therefore, the hood cap is installed to the outside of the building from the inside by using the ventilating passage.
