摘要 Hardenable silicone compositions intended to create by polyaddition, or hydrolysis and/or polycondensation non-stick paper coatings, is crosslinked thermally and/or under UV radiation with a catalyst or under an electron beam comprising aqueous dispersions of grafted, functionalized polyorganosiloxanes and aqueous emulsion of a polyorganosiloxane. Hardenable silicone compositions intended to create by polyaddition, or hydrolysis and/or polycondensation non-stick paper coatings, is crosslinked thermally and/or under UV radiation with a catalyst or under an electron beam comprising 10-80% by weight of aqueous dispersions of grafted, functionalized polyorganosiloxanes and 90-20% by weight of an aqueous emulsion of a polyorganosiloxane reactive with functional groups of the grafted polyorganosiloxane. The grafted polyorganosiloxane is obtained by radical polymerization in aqueous emulsion or microsuspension of one or more ethylenically unsaturated monomers: monoethylenically unsaturated esters of saturated carboxylic acids, saturated esters or amides of an unsaturated carboxylic acid, monoethylenically unsaturated nitriles, ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acids, hydroxyalkyl or aminoalkyl esters of a monoethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid, vinyl aromatics and dicyclopentadienyl (meth)acrylate in the presence of a functionalized polyorganosiloxane containing units of Formula (I). RaYbXcSiO(4-a-b-c)/2 (I) R = 1-18C alkyl, 6-12C optionally halogen substituted aryl or alkyl; X = functional group capable of reaction by (poly)addition or (poly)condensation or dehydrogenopolycondensation under the action of heat or radiation or electron beams consisting of a hydrogeno group or a reactive functional group bonded to silicon by a Si-C or Si-O-C bond which is 1-20C hydroxyfunctional hydrocarbon or epoxyfunctional or alkoxyfunctional or aryloxyfunctional or acycloxyfunctional; Y = -y-Y'; y = 1-18C polyvalent alkylene optionally extended by bivalent residues (poly)ethylenamine or 1-3C (poly)oxyalkylene optionally substituted with hydroxy or hydroxycyclohexylene; Y' = alkenylcarbonyloxy: a, b, c = 0-3; a+b+c = 0-3 The number of units in which the silicon atoms bears a functional group X and/or a residue Y is such that the polyorganosiloxanes contain at least 5 milliequivalents each of X and Y per 100g.
