<p>The electrical contact is used within a low pressure discharge lighting unit and this has a circuit board [12] of plastic with housing parts [36,44] of a socket assembly. The contacts [20] on the circuit-board are engaged by spring contact fingers [32] that are clamped into one of the socket elements.
