PURPOSE: A dual-mode PC camera is provided to improve the external structure of a dual-mode PC camera so as to easily use, carry and keep the dual-mode PC camera. CONSTITUTION: A dual-mode PC camera includes a lens(2) for reading an image, a main body(1), a display, a folder, and a fixing part. The main body has a charge coupled device for converting the image read by the lens into a digital signal, recording media for recording and storing the digital signal, and a power supply for continuously supplying power. The main body includes a sliding groove(10) formed at the top of the main body and a guide hole(6) formed at the lower part of the main body. The folder has the lens and the display at both sides thereof. The folder includes a protrusion(11) that slides in the sliding groove of the main body. The fixing part includes a guide bar that is combined with the guide hole formed at the lower part of the main body case to fix the main body of the camera.
