METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ARMATURE OF WASHING MACHINE MOTOR

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an armature of a washing machine motor is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by dividing a core iron into slots and cutting the slots to assemble them through an insert injection. CONSTITUTION: An electric steel sheet(50) is divided into a plurality of core irons(51). The plurality of core irons(51) are layered as a desired height. The layered core iron(52) are connected in turn to form a shape of a core(53). The core iron(52) of a core shape is insert-injected into an insulating material to form an integrated core. The integrated core is wound to a completed armature(55). One end of a yoke part(51a) of the respective core irons(51) is provided with a stopper and the other end(51b) thereof is provided with an opposite stopper.
