PURPOSE: A device for reducing chattering noise of scroll compressor is provided to reduce chattering noise generated by a non-return valve of a check valve assembly. CONSTITUTION: A part of a non-return valve(141) of a check valve assembly(140) is inserted to a fixed scroll(121) to form a contacting part covering an outlet(123) of the fixed scroll. The contacting part is a concave groove part(121a) formed on an upper end of the outlet. Chattering noise generated by the non-return valve colliding on an upper surface of the outlet is reduced by sliding friction generated on the contacting part.
