PURPOSE: Grind stone structure for polishing stone with multi stage is provided to add resin or metal element, to prevent crack by improving connecting force and to prevent environmental pollution by reducing sludge. CONSTITUTION: A device for grinding stone with multi stage comprises first, second and third grind stones(11,12,13); a head(10) having the plural grindstones; a clamp(15) installing grindstone on the head; and a holder(21) molded by synthetic resin. The first grindstone is sintered by mixing with artificial diamond powder and metal powder. Moreover, the first grindstone is integrally formed with the holder on a lower portion. The second grind stone is solidified by mixing unsaturated resin and carborundum. The clamp mounts the plural grindstones on the head rotated by a motor. The first grindstone is integrally formed with the holder as tip of metal type. The tip is formed at 700deg.C by mixing the metal powder and the artificial diamond powder. Thereby, the device for grinding the stone prevents crack by improving connecting force by adding resin or metal element. Moreover, the device for grinding the stone prevents environmental pollution by reducing sludge.
