PURPOSE: A transmitting apparatus for a wireless LAN(Local Area Network) is provided to reduce cost according to the construction of a transmission line by adding an optical repeater signal and a wireless LAN signal and transmitting the added signal, through a WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplex) technique, for constructing a wireless LAN service network by a previously constructed optical line for an optical repeater. CONSTITUTION: The first optical signal multiplexing device(50) connects to an optical line(40) and an IP(Internet Protocol) backbone(70) at a communication port of an optical repeater donor(20), and transmits and receives an optical signal of the optical repeater donor(20) and a wireless LAN signal to each line. The second optical signal multiplexing device connects to the optical line(40) and an access point(80) at a communication port of an optical repeater remote(30), and transmits and receives an optical signal of the optical repeater remote(30) and the wireless LAN signal to each line.
