PURPOSE: A portable acoustic device with an ear phone rammer is provided, which enables to withdraw an ear phone easily when it is not used for listening, and enables to install the ear phone easily without entangling when it is used for listening. CONSTITUTION: According to the portable acoustic device with an ear phone rammer, a hole or a groove to fix an ear inside part of the ear phone is installed in a body. The device is used mainly in portable acoustic devices but it also is used in an acoustic device being used indoor. An external speaker for a computer is listened through an ear phone, and prevents entangling by using the ear phone rammer.
