PURPOSE: A system synchronizing device of a bus system and a method thereof are provided to fit synchronization between systems in order to prevent data loss regardless of a timer specification and a system operation time. CONSTITUTION: The first storage(62) stores an instruction through a bus. The second storage(64) stores a program to process the instruction. An interrupt signal generator(66) outputs an interrupt signal for the synchronization by responding to a control signal. A controller(60) outputs the control signal by processing the instruction according to the program.
