<p>A wall mounted basket for practising basketball comprises at least a box 10 enclosing an extendable frame 70, a net 96, a backboard 20, retaining plate (30 figure 2), bottom support 40, two connecting rods 50 and a supporting rod 60. The framework sidewalls have a plurality of connecting rods 71 made from tubular material rivetted together and are telescopic allowing it to be pulled out to present a framework from beneath the basketball hoop sloping downwards to the user and covering with a net to act as a base being is supported by the bottom support positioned horizontally between the two framework sidewalls allowing the basketball to be channelled back to the user. The support rod extends to floor level from the distal end of the framework to keep the framework and base net at the required height. Once the player has finished the assembly can be folded back into the wall mounted box for space saving storage.</p> |
