PURPOSE: A method for blocking an interaction between human hepatitis B virus(HBV) polymerase and Hsp60 is provided, thereby effectively preventing and treating diseases caused by HBV. CONSTITUTION: An antisense oligonucleotide complementary with mRNA encoding Hsp60 coupling to human hepatitis B virus is provided, wherein the antisense oligonucleotide has the nucleotide sequence selected from 5'-AGCATTTCTGCGGGG-3', 5'-GGGTAACCGAAGCAT-3' and 5'-GGAGTTAGAACATGC-3'. A pharmaceutical composition for treating diseases caused by HBV contains the antisense oligonucleotide. A Hsp60 antibody blocking an interaction between human hepatitis B virus(HBV) polymerase and Hsp60 by coupling to Hsp60 is provided, wherein the antibody is monoclonal antibody, homologs thereof, recombinant antibody homologs, or chimera recombinant antibody homologs. An antagonist for blocking an interaction between human hepatitis B virus(HBV) polymerase and Hsp60 is provided.
