PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for recycling organic sludge at low cost by solidification and stabilization of the organic sludge. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of supplying organic sludge, adding additive containing 15-30 wt% stainless slag (STS slag) with respect to the total weight of the organic sludge, mixing the organic sludge and additive, lowering moisture content of the mixture by applying hot air of 250-450°C to the mixture, stabilizing the mixture by generating ammonia gas, molding the mixture to a sphere shape, filling the solidified sphere shape organic sludge into a sealed structure, and curing the solidified organic sludge at 15-60°C under compulsive air supply condition.
