PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing a child from being lost using bluetooth is provided which makes a child not being distant from a parent. CONSTITUTION: A sub module(200) includes a voice signal input part(130) receiving voice of a child, and a voice signal processing part(140) transferring voice from a parent of the child to the child, and a bluetooth part transmitting and receiving radio data to/from the parent, and a control part(120) controlling each part. And according to a main module(100), a voice signal input part(210) receives a voice signal of the parent, and a voice signal processing part(220) transfers the voice signal from the sub module to the parent. A bluetooth part transmits and receives radio data to/from the parent. A receiving level sensing part calculates a measurement receiving level by sensing a transmission power transmitted through the bluetooth part. And a control part(230) generates an alarm and controls to convert to a call mode, when the measurement receiving level is not within a reference receiving level.
