PURPOSE: A rotary sole plate for leveling is provided to maximize constructability by leveling the upper and lower parts of a shoe of a bridge simply. CONSTITUTION: The rotary sole plate for leveling comprises an upper plate(10) provided with an incline(12), and a lower plate(20) provided with an incline(22) contacted with the incline(12) of the upper plate(10), wherein the upper plate(10) is rotated relatively to the lower plate(20) to revise a gradient between a floor slab and a pier or an abutment of a bridge.
