PURPOSE: A building floor material on which tourmaline layer is formed is provided to obtain high heat efficiency even with less heating and absorb far-infrared rays consistently by forming tourmaline layer on one surface of the floor material positioned on an upper surface of the bottom on which a hypocaust pipe is laid. CONSTITUTION: The building floor material (A) on which tourmaline layer is formed comprises a tourmaline layer(2) prepared by stirring the mixture after mixing 4 to 6 wt.% of tourmaline powder and 10 to 20 wt.% of liquid phase tourmaline with liquid phase wood adhesive and coated on the upper surface of a main body(1) with a certain specification made of wood, plywood or MDF (medium density fiberboard); and a laminated layer(3) deposited onto the tourmaline layer(2) to treat the surface of the tourmaline layer(2), wherein the tourmaline layer(2) is formed in an embossing shape by arranging the molded tourmaline projections on the upper surface of the main body(1) with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance after molding the powder phase tourmaline into projections having a certain size, and wherein connection female part(4) and having a certain depth and connection protrusion(5) corresponding to the connection female part(4) are formed at both side parts of the main body(1) respectively.
